Lyr Req: Folk song

Does anyone now the title of and lyrics to the folk song Gail Davies mentions in "Grandma's Song"?

The song says "that old fox, well he's a-runnin' like he never has done before", and the refrain is something like "come a loo, come a loo, come a-high-low, comin' down the merry stream"; "come a ram-tam-tam and a dippy-dippy dow".

I know the words to "Grandma's Song", but I'd like more information on the folk song referenced.

Thanks for any help anybody can give.

Thanks, Kendall!

That's "The Reindeer Song," sung with "Grandma's Song" by Cathy Barton and Dave Para on our For All the Good People - Folk-Legacy CD-121. Look for it at FOLK-LEGACY Their version was collected in the Ozarks.
