It's at the Villa Park VFW Hall at 39 E. St. Charles Road in Villa Park at 7:30 PM. Performers include Ontario's Ken Brown; Cooper, Nelson & Early (my band); the great Kat Eggleston; and storyteller Dan Keding. This just means folks can bring their kids and people can listen to the music. We generally go out for a beer after the show. All the musicians we've asked to participate have enjoyed playing for us. |

Usually we're just hungry and want to unwind with a guinness or two and burger. I've heard rumors that Kat Eggleston is wanting to try a Sunday afternoon/early evening singing session at the Harp & Shamrock in Chicago, after the tune guys have gone home. I'll ask her next Friday about how things are progressing. |
