Hi, does anyone know where to get decent chords/tabs to Leadbelly tunes? like all them cool runs he does all over the show, instead of just the basic chords?; thanks; Jawbone

There is a book of Leadbelly tunes including lyrics, tab, and notes. Try The Leadbelly Page for more details.

I have the book and it is good.

There was another book by Pete Seeger, written many years ago, something like 'The Twelve String Guitar as played by Leadbelly' which has what you are after. My favourite indecent Leadbelly line is "She's a heavy hipped Mamma, she got them great big legs"

The song that those lines come from is called "Noted Rider".

And the actual lines are: "She's a heavy hipted woman,Got great big legs, She walks jus' like she walkin on a-softboiled eggs."
