08 Apr 01 - 04:58 PM (#435915) Subject: RE: Lyr/Chords Req: The Holy Ground From: wysiwyg Guest, I believe the prefix which includes chord request was used, which happens to include lyrics too. The first post specifies chords. sgordon, keep checking back, and I'd suggest you bookmark the thread so you can find it if it falls off the daily list (although you can also find it then by using the Age Filter box... see FAQ thread). Someone with arranging skill will probably work them out for you. What key are you working in? And what do you have so far? I'd do them for you myself if my sound card was any good-- I can't hear it to get a start for you. ~Susan |

21 Jan 10 - 03:53 PM (#2817908) Subject: Origins: The Holy Ground From: Whistleworks Hi Gang, A friend of mine told me that the song The Holy Ground is about prostitution. So I thought I'd toss this question to the smart folks. Yes, that means you. Many thanks. |
21 Jan 10 - 04:15 PM (#2817945) Subject: RE: Origins: The Holy Ground From: MMario See above - it may have some answers for you. I don't think you could say it was ABOUT prostitution, but that brothels and prostitutes are what the sailors miss. |
