Help: International Pre-School Education

My friend is looking at international pre-school ed at Uni at the moment. She's done quite well but has hit a brick wall with any info on planning, recording and assessing in Japanese pre-schools (kindergartens, yochein).

Can any of you brilliant people out there give her a hand or point her in the right direction? (She is on the Net).

Not much out there actually on the web, but I found a book that might be helpful, if she ordered it..... Click!

Thanks Sorcha. She's had that one but is looking for more details from the teachers point of view. Anymore suggestions?

Tig, I went to Google and typed in "Japanese pre school"......got several pages of hits, but I didn't have time to go through all of them. She might try that, tho.
