02 May 01 - 08:13 AM (#453709) Subject: Spring Folk Music Weekend in Connecticut From: Joy Bennett Hi there all -- just starting this new thread with a connection (I hope) to the old thread) to identify WHERE the weekend will be held! We do have a few spaces left -- if interested, call Millicent Browne at 718-491-4046. We'd love to have some more 'catters there - and we could call it a pre-old songs get together. There will be great performers and some dancing -- and lots of jamming into the wee hours. The surroundings are beautiful and you can take walks, go swimming or boating - or if you are energetic, play tennis! Oh, and did I say there was MUSIC? LOTS? of all kinds!!! With lots of space to find a place to play, sing, listen and enjoy! 2 to a room. Bring a friend or make new ones! here's the old thread: Click here |
