Just been listening to Hober Radio and heard a lead voice I knew I knew! Sure enough, I check the playlist and there was our own Woodchuck's Revenge doing a fine job of "Aragon Mill!"

Way to go, Midchuck, Bigchuck, et!!

So are these the voices you hear sometimes when you're alone?

I sent them a CD but they had all kinds of requirements to be played. Also sent one to Folk Circle, and they play my ROLLING HOME

Amergin.... re voices & talking to yourself, I have always maintained that it is OK to ask yourself questions and it's OK to answer yourself, but if you ever start asking, "What did you say ?", check yourself in to the clinic.

They started talking html and links to something, and permission from songwriters etc. I just said the hell with it. Utah Phillips plays my stuff on his program.

I hear a bird, Londonderry bird,
It well may be he's bringing me a cheering word.
I hear a breeze, a River Shannon breeze,
It well may be it's followed me across the seas...

Mark, all's fine...

The little brook is still leaping there,
It still runs down to Donny Cove, through Killy-begs, Kilkerry and Kildare.
That ole willow tree's still a weepin'
And the laddies ALL still have twinklin' eyes!

I know I will hear what I've heard before ........................................
And I'll sing once more.

hehe...know it?

My just about ex-wife tried out for the Volcano Community Theatre's production of Finian's Rainbow with that song. I accompanied her on piano (very inexpertly) many many many times as she was rehearsing. She had a great voice, but she didn't get the part. So, yes, I know it! It's an interesting show....social commentary on Broadway. I'm not crazy about most of the music, but I do like that song, even after all those rehearsals.

Aloha,
Mark

There were bells on the hill,
But I never heard them ringing,
No I never heard them at all,
