Found nice campsite at Inver, by Dunkeld. On Sunday evening wandered over to Dougie Maclean's Taybank Hotel, and had a fine session playing and singing. Mr MacLean was in residence and joined in himself, playing fiddle fine-style. Nice guy, too. If anyone is in the vicinity, I'd recommend a visit. Dunkeld is beautiful, and the Taybank is genuinely welcoming, with plenty of loan instruments too. Anyone else visited? Cheers Sd |
