30 May 01 - 08:04 AM (#472918) Subject: Need title and artist From: GUEST,Cookie I'm trying to identify a song that has the following lyrics...this is probably the chorus: "Chicken in the bread pan pickin' out dough And the boys and the girls in a do-si-do You ain't seen nothin' until you see My wiggle worm wiggle from Tennessee" It was an uptempo number done by a male vocalist, circa 1956. Anybody know what this is...title and artist? Thanks Cookie |

I'm a bow-legged chicken, I'm a knock-need hen I used to sing it to my twins when they were tiny, but that was ten years ago. |

The Devil went down to Georgia And here is some info on early 20th century barn dances hillbilly music Typed the first line into google - might be other hits - nothing specific about you actual verse, though. Cheers Rana
