did the Dubliners record this song? I do remember the Clancy Bros & Tommy Makem performing Johnson's motor car.

It is on the Dubliner CD called Collection Volume 1, Chyme Music Outlet Recording Company Ltd. This is a 2 CD Box with 36 songs.
