Well, maybe not everyone, but at least the two or three who are not going to the National Crepitation Contest at Penn State. Spaw |

13 Jun 01 - 11:46 AM (#482481) Subject: RE: On My Way to Mudcatville! From: Naemanson Barbara, does that mean you finally are going to spring for the bride price? I believe it was two full size solid gold elephants at our last discussion. Max, I would be proud to join you on Mudcat radio on Tuesday, June 26. Can you stand to have some traditional music on your show?*BG* What time should I arrive and how do I find you? I'll be staying at the Embassy Suites near the Philladelphia Airport and will have a car. Susan I don't think I'll be going any farther west than Philly. Generally I approach Philly through New Jersey. You'll have to wait untill August. Barbara, I could swing by. I will be stopping to visit Sinsull in NYC and then making my way back to Maine sometime that weekend. I will be travelling in my own way which means taking my time and enjoying the trip. I'd love to swing in to see if Sandy and Caroline Patton are home. I should send them a PM. |

13 Jun 01 - 12:29 PM (#482523) Subject: RE: On My Way to Mudcatville! From: Max Everyone is always invited to the show. No invitation necessary. Just gotta let me know. Easy as pie to get here from there Naemanson. Just take 95 South and take the 322W West Chester Exit. Follow signs to stay on 322 and it brings you right into town. You'll see High St. on a sign on a bridge, which is just straight ahead. We're on the corner of High St. and Gay St. and we're right above the Iron Hill Brewery which is the dead center of town. If you get lost at all, just ask someone where the Iron Hill Brewery is. Show starts a 7pm, but I'm here all day. You can come any time that's good for you. Usually the show goes till about 9:30. |

You can email me at Familywork90@aol.com, and I will send you my phone number, or we can connect at Mudcat Radio on Tues. evening. See you then! Marymac |

01 Jul 01 - 11:39 AM (#495894) Subject: RE: On My Way to Mudcatville! From: Naemanson I have traveled to the shrine and made my obeisances. I have laid my right hand upon the top of Shorty. I have experienced the exhilaration of Mudcat in the Center Of The Mudcat Multiverse. In other words I had a great time. Max is a sweet kid with great potential and a wonderful sense of what he has wrought. I am proud to say he is now one of my friends. Bert too is a wonderful human being and a great new friend in my world. He and I went out on Thursday to a local Irish pub for supper and beer. There was a live performer there and some who were there to hear him. They seemed very familiar with the performer, possibly personal friends. All in all it was a good evening with old friends and new. (I think I can call Bert an old friend.) We even met someone who admitted to being a lurker and a guest. He promised to join up so I hope to see him here somewhere. Unfortunately I had to cut my night out with Bert short. I had a test the next day plus I had to pack for my trip home. I seem to be getting a name for wimping out early. It's libel I say, libel and slander! On my way home I stopped in to visit Sinsull and we had a nice visit. Her cats are fun as long as you stay on Ed's good side and are careful to treat Ed and Homie equally. She has some Mudkittens on the way thanks to Alice, her most recent cat. Get your orders in quick!

02 Jul 01 - 02:18 AM (#496348) Subject: RE: On My Way to Mudcatville! From: hesperis Glad you had a good time, Naemanson. Ok, maybe I was being slow for once, but this just struck me: "the corner of High St. and Gay St." Are you SERIOUS? The center of the MUDCAT UNIVERSE is at "the corner of High St. and Gay St."?!!!!!!! It couldn't be more perfect... especially if you use the OLD meaning of "gay". LOL! |
