13 Jun 01 - 11:39 PM (#483036) Subject: Belated Thanks From: Bugsy I've just found a note from Little Folk under a pile of papers in my office regarding the mudcatters who supported my charity headshave a while ago. I really must have a clear out one of these days. Anyway, belated thanks to Mary S, Mary W and Ellen for your generous donations. We managed to raise a total of $2000 Aus, for the charity. There's a before and after shot on the photo's page under Events. Thanks again for your support. CHeers Bugsy |

I've won quite a bit of money in pubs around the world, challenging strong guys to tear one of our banknotes in half. Can't be done without cheating. LOL Thanks again for the money. CHeers Bugsy |

14 Jun 01 - 03:19 AM (#483105) Subject: RE: BS: Belated Thanks From: Bugsy Amergin, there are thousands of worthy and needy charities in the world today. Unfortunately I only had one head of hair to donate. Having lost a grandson to Cot Death, I am also an avid supporter of the SIDS Foundation, however Little Folk is a much lower profile Charity and research seems to always be at the back of the queue when the money is being passed around.

You know you might check, some wig places accept donations to make wigs for charity, I think, for people who've lost their hair to chemo and such like. kat |
