Any chance that the Stones are related to Lloyd Stone who used to be the druggest in Baddeck. I believe Lloyd was an in institution. He took me on my first plane ride, back around 1962. I was skating on the lake between the government wharf and the island, couldn't have been too far from where Alexander Graham Bell and McCurdy expermented with early airplanes, when Lloyd swooped down with his ski-plane and took me flying - skates and all. |

Their respective families, Stone and Coté are long time residents of the region. Roger uses Stone, but that is his grandfather's name. His grandfather was an uncle or cousin to the man who was Dave's father. |
