What kind of music are they looking for, and where will they go?

They're heading for the Kristiansands, and are interested in local traditional music. Any thoughts?

When are they going? At the moment there is a traditional festival, Landskappleiken, in Rauland, and that is not too far away from Kristiansand. It's a festival with competition and concerts (Like the Irish fleadhanna)I think it's on untill Sunday.

In my travels I have found that traditional music is hard to find through the usual channels (newspapers, tourist brochures, vistor guides) We have had good look asking in the Tourist Information Office, asking at hotel desks, and asking the servers in restaurants. Also, look for posters as you walk around.
