08 Jul 01 - 04:16 AM (#500983) Subject: RE: seagull guitars From: mooman Dear Claire, There have been a lot of discussions here over the past couple of years on Seagull guitars. Here is a link to a recent thread on the subject which itself may provide links to earlier threads. The general consensus seems to be that they offer excellent value for money. I've tried a few myself and have always been impressed with the sound and construction in relation to the price. Best regards mooman |

Use mooman's link and also, enter seagull in the filter box with the age refresh set to two years and you'll find quite a few past threads asking the same thing. Check those out and you'll have a good general idea. Spaw |

08 Jul 01 - 01:04 PM (#501166) Subject: RE: seagull guitars From: JenEllen I love my lil'cedar top. I wasn't even in the market for a guitar and bought it anyway, that's how much it knocked me outta my boots. Take your time and play a bit with the whole line and see which one suits you. On a friend's recommendation, I recently tried the LaPatrie, and that heads the list of guitars I don't need but don't think I can resist buying.
Best of luck with your search, |

Clairsidebottom I bought an Artist's series Flame Maple Seagull last week. The sound is great, it is very playable and the electronic reproduce the sound flawlessly. Its purty too! I would highly recommend! |
