I can remember seeing him in Boston at the Ark in the mid maybe late 60's & for some reason, in my mind I have him sharing the bill with Victoria Speevy (sp?). That LP was to me was a priceless gem. Jock, Even 'collectible' albums are rarely worth enough to make it worth parting with them, especially if you like the music (which is, of course, the real value!). Brian |

Checking on Spann, there were a few that came up. One was an LP from 1965, someone in England has it, but started the bidding fairly high and no one has bid on it, so I usually take that as a fair indication that everyone is waiting until the last minute, or it is priced too high to begin with. kat |

To sell it, you need to advertise it in a postal auction in the right magazine (there's one in England called Record Collector) - I'm sure someone will give you better advice if you start a thread with a more appropriate title. I would guess that it would be worth money if it was never released, but I would also guess that it has by now been released by someone entrepreneurial on CD, so you really need to make contact with the vinyl nuts. |
