Happy music to me is when I'm in a session and I "see" the little dancers dancing in my head and they're all having a great time tapping feet in perfect time... Doesn't happen that often but to me the answer would be any good jig, reel, hornpipe, etc. in the right atmosphere. Another happy music to me was when I used to do a bit of busking playing mostly morris dance tunes on melodeon and a kid passing by would just spontaniously skip or dance. I don't get the same sort of buzz or happiness out of listening. Jon |
