Then there's "Mary Ann" that I believe mag' was referring to, which was a hit for Harry Belafonte. I don't know of any lyrics in these two songs I've mentioned which are anything like what bob jr had in his opening post here. Is the song in question yet a different one titled "Mary Ann"? |

Definitely not released, officially, until 1973 (I have the record in front of me as I type). Any more info welcome though. |
