Not that there's anything wrong with green. Green is a lovely color. I was merely referring to the particular color of lime Jello. Orange is another difficult one. I think most of us would look just fine in red jello or peach. So, yes, depending on the flavor, count me in.

Opppp .... guess I'd have to be going to the Getaway, hey? Welp, maybe next year. But there's always Winfield ...

The Saturday of getaway I will be sneaking off to Maryland Renaissance Festival - so iff Bill if up early with the digicam - there's a chance of getting a shot of me in tights -

then of course, no one else will have to worry - as the lens will probably crack.

Naked, Mick, or semi clothed? Is that a spud in your thong, or are you just...

Alison, see - he thinks this will never happen because you won't be there, unless he knows something we don't. If you show up...

Mick, I have a couple of pictures of you sleeping from last year. Unfortunately, you had clothes on.

He went down last October with a blanket on his face
We wanted him to hang with us, but he couldn't take the pace
Too close to Big Mick's bedtime, and he had to pack it in
Though we kept on calling "Big Mick, rise again
Rise again, rise again
Get off your sorry ass, and come sing with your friends!"
And though we sang and talked and laughed
He slept on through the din
We never got Big Mick to rise again.

YOU convince him, Alison...I've met him, and he is too big for skinny little me to contend with..(besides, he makes good music, and I wanta hear MORE of it....not sure how well sound travels thru jello)

Will a regular photo of one holding their instrument in a playing position work? Not having seen a calender before, and only being on one (the Harley dealer makes one with you and your new bike), I'm unsure as to protocol here. I have some of my living room full of musicians - What is the purpose - let me know - I'll scan some and send them if you wish - Steve

Interesting idea, Micca, but I think I'll just look like a complete pillock if I wear your Matadore's hat.

Many years ago, my boyfriend at the time took a trip to Norway and brought back a knitted hat for me with a pom-pom that was almost bigger than the hat. He acted really hurt that I didn't want to wear it.

Knowing him as I did, I told him I thought he just wanted me to wear it so he could have a good laugh at my expense. He admitted it was true. You wouldn't be trying to do anything like that, would you?

Carol C....I am 'designated' by alison to help people create calendar pics at the Getaway..if they are willing. I am NOT willing to get my bones broken by the UN-willing..*grin*...I have a digital with a tripod and remote contol...(just like your tv clicker) so YOU can even do the setup & posing and take your OWN picture with no one else in the room, if necessary....(If you have a satellite/laptop connection, we can even email it alison from the Getaway and erase it from the camera, so NO one ever sees it till its published...*big grin*...)

we strives to make it easy, but YOU need to make it happen, as I will be too busy singing to chase you down and beg.

I like that. Especially the fact that I can take the pictures myself. I'll probably go for it.
