Hi, I read some threads about people looked for and people found..I'm too new to trace threads so are those people who were missing ok? Is there anything we in UK can do? Thinking about all those who have lost / and found.. Cas

Cas, the simplest thing when you are new is to set the age filter for the time you have missed and read the thread list.

News of how people are doing is scattered through a number of threads.

One thing you can do in the UK is just keep thinking about and praying for us, as a nation and as individuals. Here at Mudcat you can just help us all put our attention in a good place-- on the music... I know when I am in need of a break from the awfulness, it's the music threads here I am turning to.

In a way, one thing you can do to help is study the FAQ-- learn how to search around Mudcat, how to search up requested songs with search engines... and stuff... because every Mudcatter who responds to this with music is, IMO, making a big difference.

Thanks for asking, Sweetie. Now go see those threads and read our pain and outrage, and the quiet excellence of human beings that outweighs even the nastiest reactions.

And SING.

Hi Cas... so far, most OK. You can pray for peace. The other thread is NYC mudcatters check in, I believe, maybe someone with more internet tallent than I can put a link to it here for you. Thanks. From downtown NY, Larry. PS our condolences to your countrymen, guests in our city who also died. The best news, by the way, is that just now, 7 more firefighters walked out after being burried since tuesday.
