Help: Where can I get a U.N.flag?

Citizens from over 62 countries were killed in the WTC catastrophe. Do any of you 'catters know where I can obtain a U.N.Flag? Any help is greatly appreciated.

superflag.com sells flags of many countries, including the United Nations flag.

Since the U.S. usually carries the load (in terms of lives and money) in U.N. actions, and usually gets all the blame for U.N. mistakes, you might as well just fly the Stars-n-Stripes.

And here is a link to the Earth Flag site.

I like the idea of either flag at this time. Representig all the people who were killed there, in a way that a single national flag never could.

The U.N.....U.N. Oh yes. That's the group that put Somalia -where they still practice SLAVERY- on their Human Rights Council.
Right.
The U.N.

Isn't the U.N. also the guys with the black helicopters who are poised on the Canadian border to invade us?

The UN is very imperfect, and sometimes gets things wrong, and fails to live up to its high hopes and its high ideals. Like the USA and others.

Personally I feel quite patriotic about this planet I live on.

Great idea, and the Earth flag too. Am going to those links right now - our firm is handing out Stand Up For Democracy US flags and I'm refusing to take one and asking others to reconsider...

The recent attack was a planned and coordinated effort. Do you think it would have been easier or harder to pick three+ prominent tagets in the U.S. or to pick a single target in the US another in Canada another in Mexico, etc... Did European nations have security that would have made it impossible for the terrorist to pick a site there, what about the Mid-East nations...or Japan? Do these other countries have no financial institutions or military institutions? What about the UN building in New York...is it hard to find?

The point is that this was an attack on the U.S. The people who were murdered were murdered because they were in the U.S. The buildings that were struck were selected because they were in the U.S. and are national symbols and important to the business of the U.S.

Even foreign nations have chosen to fly the U.S. flag to show support and solidarity. It is not a battle flag, it is not a hate flag...it is the symbol of the Nation. Even our anthem isn't about going to war...it is about perservering. A fort is attacked all night and in the morning the flag can still be seen...and thats why so many are flying the U.S. flag now...so that people can see that it is till there. I think I may have gone on a little long and maybe this belonged in the flag thread...but I think it is important to keep in mind why people are flying a flag and why they have chosen to fly the U.S. flag.

I'm still looking, but for those who don't like the UN either, here is something else: The One World Flag

I wouldnt fly the UN flag anywhere. Too many abandoned and disarmed civilians murdered, after the UN orders troops to leave them exposed to their enemies. (with the greatest respect to those troops who were rendered effete, by the UN bureaucracy, and not by their lack of personal courage, professional integrity, or compassion) Yours, Aye. Dave

I'm puzzled why there seem to be people who think that a UN Flag or a Earth Flag or a One World Flag somehow diminishes the flag of their nation. Presumably a Texan sees no problem with flying a US Flag as well as the Texan Flag.

There are some people in England who don't like the European Flag, because they'd probably like to get out of the European Union - but I've never cme up against amnyone whose got anything against UN Flags, and so forth.
