In my attempts to preserve the music I make I bought a Boss BR8 digital recorder. I have looked everywhere for the owner's operation manual but it does not appear to have been included with the unit. I've printed out whatever I could find at the relevant websites, but still no manual. I have contacted the retailer who has arranged to have a manual shipped to me from Roland/Boss, but that will take weeks I'm told. My question: Please, does anyone out there in cyberland have a copy they could email to me, or (preferably) know where such a thing might be posted on the net? As always, eternal thanks! Once I had the Adobe program loaded, it was simply a matter of printing the directions. Clinton...Yeah I know what you mean. I sometimes use a Digitech multi-effects unit on my flat-tops, but it's heresy to the hardcore acoustic folk. I wouldn't use it in the context of the celtic band I'm with, but it's great for some other stuff. Btw, the BR8 seems (so far) to be relatively idiot-proof (though I might test its limits there) and extremely guitar and user friendly compared to other units I've seen. Thanks for your help!
