Have just closed it. Not enough people around to keep it open at the moment.

I think a couple were planning on moving over to "Live Music For Serious Musicians" - not sure - I'm taking a 1/2 hr break.

Norton, you may already have seen it, but I've fulfilled my promise to post the words to The Great American Bum for you. Now, as to the tune, if you see me at one of the Paltalk rooms make a request and I'll sing it. If you have a tape recorder handy that would help.

Wow, thanks for the compliments. For some reason last night I felt a lot easier than usual - no nerves (or fewer) getting in the way. Having said that, and I think I mentioned in the room, playing in regularly in a strong session since my move to Norfolk has helped me no end (for the previous few years, most stuff I had transport to get to was very scrappy) and I am slowly but surely getting back to (at least in sessions - other instrumental playing will always be a struggle to me - I know it is an easy excuse but I tend to play better when I know there is someone to cover my bum notes...) playing at what I would consider to be a reasonable std within my own expectations of myself.

Got it in my book Dave - and at least I could spell your name right now!! Sorry partner! Next session I'll get you to sing it - about have it down now but another time would do it I think - plus a tape for backup. Thanks again -
