Tune Req: Calum's Road (Capercaillie)

Subject: LOOKING for MIDI or ABC Callum's road
From:

A whistle player dropped into the pub the other night and played a tune called either Callum's Road or Callum Roads I'm not sure which.
Does anyone out there know where I can get the music?
It's not so easy looking for a tune is it? You can't give so many clues.

Baz,

The best way would be to go through IRTRAD. if you are subscribed. There are a couple of folk on there that could probably set you up quickly with an ABC, as it doesn't seem to be in any of the online collections currently.

Calum/ Callam is probably Scots. Names of tunes starting with both are listed in Charles Gore's 'The Scottish Fiddle Music Index'. Sometimes the title is Scots Gselic, but I don't know what in that is equivalant to 'road'

Thanks for the replies.
The whistler came by again last night and it turns out he got the tune from a Capercaille CD. THE BLOOD IS STRONG. The music was from a T.V. program about the Gaelic Scots.
