15 Feb 98 - 06:56 PM (#21499) Subject: LOOKING for MIDI or ABC Callum's road From: A whistle player dropped into the pub the other night and played a tune called either Callum's Road or Callum Roads I'm not sure which. Does anyone out there know where I can get the music? It's not so easy looking for a tune is it? You can't give so many clues. Regards BAZ |

There are a couple of folk on there that could probably set you up quickly with an ABC, as it doesn't seem to be in any of the online collections currently. Sla/n BB |

17 Feb 98 - 08:17 AM (#21555) Subject: RE: LOOKING for MIDI or ABC Callum's road From: Bruce O. Calum/ Callam is probably Scots. Names of tunes starting with both are listed in Charles Gore's 'The Scottish Fiddle Music Index'. Sometimes the title is Scots Gselic, but I don't know what in that is equivalant to 'road' |
