Lyr Req: Hineh Ma Tov (phonetic)

Anybody have the Hebrew (phonetic) for this? I was teaching my students the dance and I have a rough englih translation, but I would love to work out the tune for my guitar and voice as well. Thanks.

Hineh mah tov u-mah na-im
Shevet achim gam yachad

Behold how good and fitting it is when brothers dwell together in unity

"Na-im" is pronounced "nah-eem", although it usually comes out more like "nah-yeem". Some people sing "achot", sisters, instead of "achim", or alternate the two.

Aloha,
Mark

For those who haven't heard the Hebrew, I should probably do a more phonetic rendition:

Hee-nay mah tove oo-mah nah-eem
Sheh-vet ah-cheem gahm yah-chahd

"Tove" rhymes with "stove". The "ch" is pronounced as in the Scots "loch" or German "buch". And since I don't have the original Hebrew in front of me, I may be mistaken about "na-im"--it might really be "na-yim".

Aloha,
Mark

Thanks Mark. I thought that I may have heard additional words in the other sections of the song, but apparently not. Thanks also for the quick turn around and the phonetic pronounciation.

The verses and meter may be slightly different, depending on which version you are teaching the dance from. I found some old notes (ca 1966) that I transcribed from dance record liner notes for my girlfriend (now my wife of 32 years) so she could sing from them. The transliteration is slightly different, although the words are the same.
Hinei ma tov u'ma naim
Shevet achim gam yachad
repeats once
Hinei ma'a tov, shevet achim gam yachad
repeats once
whole thing (4 lines) repeats
Hinei ma tov u'ma naim
Shevet achim gam yachad
