Here's the second fragement from my "collectin'" efforts with my dad. As far as I can see, it's not in the DT either.

Oh they had to peel the paper off the walls
To fit all the people in the halls

Hope that this pastes well. Sounds vaguely like Lannigans Ball. We seem to have similar taste in music. If it is the same tune, you can PM me for the dots. Same for the other one you posted.

Fluters and fiddlers danced around
Drumming on the moleskin made a lovely sound
They blew a gale on the old trombone
Then reeled and rollicked to the piper's drone
When they'd finished with the whiskey, beer and wine
They took a hand in "Auld Lang Syne"
There ne'r was the like I do declare
As that grand old hooley down in sweet Kildare

I thank you. My DAD thanks you! He's the repository of all these fragments, and I'ven't a clue why--he doesn't drink and he isn't Irish! But what a collection of Irish drinking songs he's got.

You can search for phrases via the "Digitrad and Forum Search" on the main Forum page; paper off the walls finds it, for example.  We don't seem to have a tune for it; any offers?
