I was reading about the Otley Folk Festival. Sounds great. Any personal observations? Any info on a group or duo called "Blue Horses Cantering?" I should recommend this site to all here, as there are some really good links and info for folk like us. |

I was one of the featured artistes, had a great time, made a lot of new friends. I'll be back next year. Didn't see 'Blue Horses Cantering' though. Sorry, can't help on that one. PS.As I only live 8 miles from Otley, I was there this afternoon, by coincidence. There's a great folk club on Wednesday nights, also Poole-in-Wharfedale on Thursdays. C'mon over, Big Daddy, get a Yorkshire welcome. Drink great beer... |

Normally has a good strong line up, great camp site although the facilities leave something to be desired. It has been sponsered by Black Sheep bitter for the past few years. Nice little market town with interesting local scenery, not very far from a number of attractions, Bolton Abbey for one. |
