From: GUEST,Wotcha Just stumbled across a memory from 1960s UK TV and the theme for "The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe," composed by Robert Mellin and Gian-Piero Reverberi. The tune has a nice rolling (chantey-like?)rhythm: probably just a waltz though. Robinson Crusoe Site Just wondering if anyone has found any folk connections to the melody, or added words to it. Cheers, Maybe see ya'll in NYC on 19 Jan... Brian |

Amazing how music has that ability - I clicked on the sample for the intro and was back in my parent's sitting room, procrastinating about doing my homework because I wanted to watch Robinson Crusoe. Eat your heart out, Proust - the Mudcat beats any madeleine! |
