It was used as the anthem and song for "The Long Journey Home" about the Irish in America a few years back. It's one of those cases where the simple song has me stumped. This is it here. I have a recording by The McKnights; it's excellent. I seldom buy soundtrack albums because they often have a lot of chopped-up stuff, but this one, produced by Paddy Maloney of the Chieftains, is superb. Lots of other good songs by good people. The booklet included with the cd has the words to all of the songs. Under copyright, it may be a while before the chords show up on the net. |
