Tech: Lost cookie; how to handle membership

After computer troubles I had to reformat the HD, and in the process lost my cookie.

I went to "Membership" and tried to re-register.

I got a message that the name was already take (of course! I took it!) and my address was in the database.

How do I proceed from here?

Dave, If you'll look at the top of the page, you'll see a list box with the words “Quick Links” displayed. Click the down arrow and you'll see a list of options the second of which is called “Reset Cookie.” Select that option and click the GO button to the right. It will take you to a page where you can enter your Mudcat name—must be exactly as originally registered—and be prompted for your password. Viola [sic] your cookie will be reset.

That should be:

I e-mailed Dave hsi user name and password. Hope that does the trick for him.
Usually, it's best to handle cookie problems in the Help Forum, but we help anywhere we can.

Welcome back Joe! I have some lyrics and midis for the DT, but I thought I'd give you a week or so. Tell Christina hi. And remember...a bride must have FLOWERS!
