03 Dec 09 - 04:14 PM (#2779925) Subject: RE: Lyr/Chords Req: Take Me Out Drinking Tonight From: GUEST I saw Isaac play this a couple of times. I started working it out at one point but never did the whole song. Isaac did it in E, the start goes between E and an A shape in the E position. You should be able to work it out as the basic tune is strait forward, three chord trick I think from memory |
20 Nov 10 - 11:37 AM (#3036721) Subject: RE: Lyr/Chords Req: Take Me Out Drinking Tonight From: GUEST,Jam It's E-A-C#m-B for the verse, and E-A-E-B-E-B-E for the chorus. The Isaac Guillory version which is the one i'm familiar with has a few more bells & whistles but you can do with it what you will. The writer is credited as "M.Marra" whom i have never heard of. I see this thread hasn't been active for a while but hopefully someone finds it useful. |
