26 Jan 02 - 10:45 AM (#636022) Subject: Tennessee Blues From: WyoWoman Folks, I once had the lyrics and chords to "Tennessee Blues," recorded by Tracy Nelson back in the 1970s. Does anyone have these? I don't believe they're the same as the Bill Monroe song, but I'd like to find out. I searched the DT and couldn't come up with either. The one I have in mind starts:

As well as Tracy Nelson, there are also recorded versions by Bobby Charles and Geoff Muldaur. Martin Grosswendt used to do a great live version, but it's not on the one record of his that I've ever seen. Jerry |
