Song Writing Help!!!!!!!!!

I have a reputation for being able to sing a song about any subject. Tonight I have been stumped. by next Sunday I now have to sing, to a recognisable tune, a song about plastic surgery. Any assistance would be most gratefully received.

It does not matter who wrote the song, perferably to a tune I know. Thanks Justa, don't know that one but I'll try and find the tune off the web. Again any help would be appreciated
