I will try to get you the lyrics tomorrow, but can't help with the chords. It is 1.30am here in Canada and I have to hit the hay, but will get on it as soon as I awake. I have the lyrics and several youtube versions of various people singing it but need the sheet music for my wedding in about three weeks time as we have a pianist who can only play from printed music (and not by ear).
