Island of Sulloon?

Searching through Irish folk songs for St. Patrick's Day, we came across a lyric in Johnny I Hardly Knew Ye which refers to the "Island of Sulloon" Does anyone know if this is a real place or was the anonymous poet reaching for a rhyme for 'bone'?

Sulloon is/was another name for Ceylon, now Sri Lanka off the coast of India. Johnny Company from England was sent there to fight.
