Song Help: 74, 75?

Hi,

Hope someone can help. I'm trying to find out who performed a song where the chorus was "74, 75"

It was a gentle pop type song, and I thought the band was called the 'Conners' but I can't find anything on Google with that.

Any ideas?

I'd misheard 'Connells' as 'Conners' hence my difficulties finding it.
