11 May 02 - 11:42 PM (#709293) Subject: RE: BS: Happy Mother's Day From: Sorcha Lovely verse, there, 'Gin. For myself, I never expect or want anything........except for all my get to stay safe and outlive me. Don't bring me no stinkin' flowers, don't bring me no "sit around dust catchers", don't get all mushy on some stoopid calender day. Just be there to help when I need you to. That's all I ever ask. Several years ago, I wanted a Mortemency (sour pie)Cherry tree for Mother's Day.........I got it and we planted it. 2 months later the neighbor was "helping mow" with a bush hog and mowed it down............oh well. Moved since then and I still don't have a sour cherry tree. No place to put it now. |
