Bishop Stortford Folk Club at the Vestry of All Saints Church, B.S. Stansted Road, + bar!!
This Thursday 23rd May, see their Web page 'Stortfolk'
Great place for choruses, good acoustics, if you're around come on in.
This catter wants to see more catters in the clubs

John,

Much though I would love to be there, and had thought I would be, I am rehearsing for a couple of gigs I'm doing on Saturday and Tuesday next with Nick Whiteley and Co, and that is the only evening the other members of the band can make it.

Bu**er! - Good luck (not that you need it), anyway.

Can't be there this time, I'm sorry. Great shame, because I work just down the road near Dunmow on Thursdays. Do let us know whenever you're back there again, won't you ?

All the very best !

Oh what a pity John, I'll have to miss it - the 4th Thursday of the month is our session at the Black Horse, Stanstead, KENT (just off the A20 at the top of Wrotham Hill). Excellent real ales (including LARKINS a local brew from Chiddinstone) and hosted by BARLEYCORN (Linda, Ted, and myself).

.... well if you can use this thread for blatant self-advertisment....

Best of luck though John - but then you've been around so many years that you shouldn't need it.
