30 May 02 - 10:23 AM (#720172) Subject: ARTQUAKE!!! From: InOBU Yup... it is that time again, the artists and performing artists of New Yorks Society of Friends is holding our anual Artquake this Seventhday (Saturday as you heathens say...) night at 6:30 and Firstday (Sunday) at 1pm. Lots and lots of fun stuff, including Larry Otway (InOBU of Sorcha Dorcha) will sing at you. As I have had a wee biopsy on one of my playing fingers, and am bleeding all over the keyboard at the moment, I will not be playing the pipes, but will sing all your favorites and mine, some meaningful songs about the important issues of our day. The Friends Meetinghouse is on 15th street and Rutherford Place, (a quarter block west of 2nd ave.) in New York City, the place you can do the worst to but we just keep on ticking. (Like Timex and Spaw) Cheers Larry |
