And I don't have the album. Google turns up lullaby and/or Beatles version; dunno how those compare to what you seek. |

You might try looking in that direction. I have already searched Fabio Zucca's John Denver site for the lyrics and chords but they aren't posted there, sorry. I think it was on Whose Garden Was This.
