Does anyone know who wrote the song "There's a River"?
This is on the DBFS Golgotha LP, I'm told.

There's A River

(Chorus)
D A
Cause there's a river and its over flowing
E7
It's bound to carry my body home
D A
Yes I'm bound to cross, that river of Jordan
E7 A
When the Lord shows me that cross and crown.

Now this whole world its kinda tired and hungry
But still my soul can't leave you now
Yes when I cross that awesome waters
My soul will be at peace on the other side.

Oh yes my mother, how I long to see her
It's been many long years since she was called home
Just before she crossed that sacred water
She said "Trust in God and you'll never walk alone."

No Dry Branch fans around? Doesn't anyone know this song? Maybe it was written by Ron Thomason himself.

Thanks, Burke. All my searches showed many songs called "There's a River" by many different songwriters.

Correction: I think the last line of the first verse should be:

My soul will feast on the other side.
