That song is in the DT: WHEN THE KING ENJOYS HIS OWN AGAIN with a midi of the tune; staff notation made from that midi can be seen at the site MMario mentioned: When the King Enjoys His Own Again. It's taken from a later source than Chappell, and is not exactly the same as published by him, but differs in a few note-values only.
