Thanks for the update Gareth, well done, maybe we can all help by publicising this when we meet with Catters("wherever 2 or more are gathered in Mudcats name")at festivals or etc.

My current favourite expression at this juncure is FOG (figure it out yourself) but I would really like to explain to this guest in person by knocking seven shades of shit out of him. Apart from the fact it would be impossible. He/She has neither the courage, the commitment nor the sense to show themselves in person.

Remember that people like this feed on people like us. It turns them on. It feeds their otherwise empty lives. It is a form of internet wanking. They only exist by the good grace of people like Big Mick and Gareth and LJC.

Do your worst, dear guest, you cannot harm us. We are and always will be better than you. You cannot prove who you are, what you do or where you live. I can. Check it out -

Dave Polshaw. Manchester. UK. Folk club organiser for 25 years. Festival organiser for 20. Mudcat contributor for 3. Arranger or Mudcat gatherings for as long.

What do you do guest? Apart from piss people off?

Oh, and don't go down the 'I have wound you up' route. Coz you haven't. I just like to make you look as small as you realy are.

Now go down whatever sewer you live in and smell the shit.

Cheers

Dave the Gnome

One of our mudcat members from Denmark has just donated the vast sum of £295 for mudcat. I will not disclose his name but I am sure you will join me in thanking him very much for his very generous contribution. Cheers Bill

I will certainly join you in thanking him, bill. Max's "dream" of one machine big enough to run everything is getting closer with such generousity. It should also cheer Max up just to know that people really do value Mudcat so much.

Many thanks to the Danish Mudcatter!

Service for (some) non-British Mudcatters:
GBP 295.00 = EUR 465.64 = USD 451.81

I wish I could afford to give that much as well.

I have consulted with Max who has made it clear that he feels that the membership should be thanked for thier generosity. He has also pointed out that although this thread is 2 days old, he is far to busy to perform this duty.

I feel rather inadequate in deputising for one so great but,

Thankyou Mudcatters

GOD
