Well, any festival that involves the Anchor Middle Bar Singers singing the Wild Rover to the tune of Away in a Manger has to be a bit surreal. So where did the pig's head finally go after the MBS kidnapped it and hid it under Rosie's dress?

I saw it lurking on Mr John Heslop's motley crew's table, and they are welcome to it.

We got it last year, admittedly by slightly unorthodox means - so why do want another one? Are we hoping to get six, so we can put 'em on a t-shirt.

An EFDSS lock of pigs' heads.... Erk.

And we would nver be awarded it offishly - however well we sang (and behaved. Ho ho!)

Tony

Another Wareham vigin well satisfied here! - and they let me sit on the top table!!!!! I'll be there next year, but I think I'll sit where I can misbehave!
The wareham pig's a mighty fine pig........

Steady on they surf Day. A motley crew we most certainly are, but Jon H's motley crew? Never!!! We peasants be an independant motley crew. We asked for Tony Day's head on a plate, and that's what turned up. A easy mistake to make at such an unearthly hour.

And round, and round, and round, and .............

Most definitley NOT MY resposibility. I am not a responsible adult (that's official from Caradon Council!!) The only person who took any responsibility for us was dave Field!!! - but it was probably Mike Gibson's fault, he bought the champagne which made cetain people heads go round and round and round...... Anyway, what would I want a second hand pigs head for, unless it was to take to the Karryporky bar.

..and round and round and round .......

I may have brought the champagne but I didn't force anyone to drink it, and anyway it makes my eyes go funny.

I thought your eyes were ok on Saturday night, Mike. It's the rest of the time they look strange!

So what was wrong with our port, Mike? First you were left guarding half a bottle at Grove and returned it untouched (previously unheard of), then you tried decorating the marquee and it's inhabitants with the stuff at Wareham Wail. Perhaps it had something to do with your request that I pass the port. I thought that meant I had to drink it first. Sorry Mike, my mistake.

I too lay the blame on Sir Quaffalot (Dave Field). I can confirm that Jon H is neither adult or responsible - and he's my big brother!

...and round, and round, and round .....

I think you will find it was Jon H who tried to instigate the port juggling workshop and I was not a participent. So pass the port

Thanks for your continuing support in laying the blame at my door, I put it down to being schizophrenic in that I thought I was Sir Quaffalot whereas Her Ladyship introduced me as Captain Carrot, and from that point on I had to consume enough to keep both of them happy!

...round and round and round...

Yes that's right Kitty, that is the reason we fall over, nothing to do with the champagne, red wine, port or Alan's excellent beer. The room goes

round and round and round....
