On Davy Graham's first album was a song called 'Just Can't Keep From Crying Sometimes'.

Anyone got words/chords? I can only vaguely remember how it goes.

Sorry, Sorcha, my memory is too vague. I last heard it thirty years ago; it was on the album 'Folk, Blues and Beyond'.

Just checked CDNOW $14.99, (£10) +p&p.Classic album, have been looking for an EP of the same era, "3/4 AD" with Alexis Koerner,without success.

Apparently it was a Davy Graham lyric so I doubt if it appears on many websites.

the tune is actually graham's arrangement of a blind willie johnson song. the original is on the complete bwjohnson (columbia i think) and john renbourne has also cut a similar arrangement.

Hi folks,
       has anyone got the guitar chords for this great song ? Martin Simpson does a brilliant version of it too.It's very hard to get any of Blind Willie Johnson's guitar playing in detail for many of his songs.There is a lot of interest in his music and i would have thought by now someone would have published a book of his material.
