06 Jun 98 - 03:30 PM (#30242) Subject: Sou Gan From: Mary Dear All, I am looking for the source of the haunting theme to Steven Spielberg's 1987 film "Empire of the Sun." I have heard that: 1) It is a Welsh hymn 2) It is a Welsh lullaby Years ago I WAS given lullaby lyrics in English to fit the tune, but I have no way of knowing if it is even a translation of the orginal. Does any one have the words in Welsh or English? Sincerely, Mary
