26 Oct 02 - 04:51 AM (#811761) Subject: RE: BS: Folk Clubs in N.,Yorkshire From: GUEST,Greycap Ripon Folk Club - Sundays - At the Black Lion, Skelton-on-Ure as of last week, come down the Ripon by-pass, turn left towards the racecourse, pass the race course on your right, over small river bridge - 100 yds or so further on go right ( the signs read 'Skelton' & also 'Newby Hall' )anther 2 miles or so and into the village of Skelton. It's the only pub, it's on your left. Roger. |

Just go right & left into carpark. The room is outside of the main pub buildings up some stairs. Get your drinks at the bar first. |
