Truck Drivin' Momma

Some twenty years ago I heard someone sing a song to which she gave this name. I have never heard it since. I am sure it was not the same one that is in the database. Or, at least, the lyrics were not the same. I only remember that it had a sort of boogie tune to it and that the last line of the chorus was: "She does her truckin' from the hips on down." Ever hear it? Got the lyrics?

Song is called Mandy Lane, and I heard it on a Chad Mitchell Trio Album.
"Best truck driver in this town
Does her truckin' from the hips on down
Big time truckin' mama,
truckin' till the break of day"

That's the rest of the chorus. May have the record still, and maybe it's playable...Mandy Lane didn't show in the data base...

If no one else posts it, I'll have a go tomorrow at transcribing it.

Blessings, Barbara

Dick is right, that's an alternate last line.

I'm sorry, Allan, it's not on either of the two records I still have (Typical American Boys and Reflecting). Know that's where I learned it, think there is only one more record. It's possible I still have a songbook somewhere, will give that a look.
Seems like it has a line in it that goes:
"You can tell what she's been doing by the way she stands" but that's about all else I can recall. Will give the basement library a search later.
