Okay, gang it. Iz been outta town fir T-Giving and so when I got home tonight I was so happy to be home that upon my first trip to the ice box fir a cold beer I found myself countin' the steps from where me the gitfiddle try to work out our differences and the beer box.

No, Bob, 53, didn't put me up to this one!!!!....,

Well, before I divulge my number of steps, Iz gonna wait until TEN CATTERS step forward with their *numbers* before wading forth...

Bobert

p.s. My beer box is in the basement....

You are *ONE HECK OF A MAN*, ArtB!!! I mean, I really didn't think there would be any Catter who, other than myself, go on the *WORLD WIDE WEB* and tell the entire human race how many steps it is from one's pudder to the beer box...

NOW come on the rest of you CATFOLK and give it up in the name of humility....

The truth will set ya freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......................

Bobert

p.s. Don't mind me. I'z justndriven fir 10 hours with a long trailer behind me and I'z, well.... ahhhh.... a NUT! So how many steps?

Well, Bobert, if I was drinking beer, which I only do rarely, I could get to the frige in SEVEN strides. Then seven back again.

Hope your TG was a grand event. You're certainly one of the things in the world I am thankful for!!

6 steps for me.Thats from the Asian Stratowannabe thats leaning against the amplifier at the end of the piano. Add 2 more steps to get to the acoustic six string hanging on the wall at the other end of the piano.

The problem is the only beer in the fridge is 2 cans and 1 bottle of 8 or 9 year-old Budweiser that I've been planning on putting out of their misery with the .22.

I personally like a little age on my brew, rr.

Sorry, Gut. With all these Homeland Security folks peekin' through the windows, a man can't have fun any more. Hey, just lie low fir a few days and they'll go peeking obn your next door neighbor and then you can get back to you research.

Well it's 8 steps to the fridge for a cold beer or wine, 8 and a half to the cupboard for English temperature beer or anything a little stronger.

I am using an old dorm fridge as my computer desk, and I have a mandolin hanging on the wall within arm's reach of the keyboard.
