PTH Christmas Gigs9

Not that I wish to clog the ether with unwarranted dross, but for any of the Hullites our schedule over the festive season is as follows...

Saturday 14th December, Hope and Anchor, South Ferriby

Friday 20th December, Durty Nellies, Hull (this is sure to be a raucous evening.......)

and last but not least, Sunday 29th December, Sun Inn, Beverley ( I reckon this one will turn into an outragious piss-up, and hope to see all the regulars and catters for a night of fun.....)

Hope to see you all at some point over the festive season. Also, was thinking of invading the Sun Inn next Sunday afternoon...ie 22nd December, at 2pm (before Kieth gets there at 4) for a spot of fun, frolics, tunes, carols, and daft songs if anyone's interested? Fancy dress and mulled wine optional! Please let me know who can make it?

Cheers. Pete.

Hopefully Maggie and I will be there on the 22nd, Pete. We'll be in Whitby on the 29th, but I'm sure you'll manage well enough to get drunk without us!

Saturday 14th December, Hope and Anchor, South Ferriby?
is this gig still on? I thought you were having PEL

Hi Gerry,

The landlord will not be convinced that he should be a bit more circumspect. He is going ahead with the gigs regardless of the fact that he is under scrunity. The band will appear dressed as painters and decorators. If there is any hassle, we will set about emulsioning the walls and glossing the interior woodwork. If they notice the PA, this is merely De-Mister's stereo. Any instruments present will be explained away as ornaments, removed from the wall whilst it is painted.

I think that's everything. He will receive a visit from the council tonight, I just know it.

His approach to all this is very wrong.

And I thought that PTH would be appearing as one of the animals in the stable scenes of the local nativity plays.
